Tamegroute Ochre Lamp with Large Raffia Shade

This Tamegroute – Ochre Table Lamp is a handmade in work of art. It comes from the Tamegroute region and is made by no less then 3 artisans in Morocco; 1 to make the Tamegroute pottery base, 1 to weave the hand knotted raffia shade and 1 to forge the bespoke brass lamp fitting. And finally these beauties are all wired here in Australia to our electrical standards.

The Tamegroute pottery base features a scratch finish surface and is glazed in the brilliantly golden ochre colour that is synonymous with Tamegroute pottery. These lamps are true works of art and cast a beautiful glow when illuminated.

DETAILS: Please note this lamp:

• is sized approx 76cm H x 36cm Dia with a “Base” measure of 40cm H x30cm Dia.
• requires an E27 screw bulb;
• it includes a neck mounted toggle on/off switch; and
• comes with a artisan woven beige coloured cable.
