Vintage Moroccan Tumeric Teaser Rug 275 x145

This Moroccan Vintage Runner Rug – Tumeric Teaser 275×145 is a smaller sized area rug with a fresh palate of tumeric gold as the base and terracotta toned diamonds and with chocolate and teal accents throughout. With a brillliantly bold pattern and colour, this rug would be a hero piece within any space.

The artisan making this rug had a wonderful story to tell, with numerous symbols evil eye’s of protection, giving the bearer a talisman of good faith to guard their home.  Making this sweet rug perfectly suited as a hallway or entry rug, setting the tone of a warm, rich and safe welcome.

It is noted, that this rug can appear to throw varied colour tones in differing lights.

DETAILS: This rug has a thin pile and is hand woven from a blend of wool onto a goats hair loom, and is priced according to the wear and age, which is estimated to be circa 70’s.

We recommend a good quality non-slip rug underlay to be used to hold this rug in place and to protect it from slipping on hard surfaces.

All our rugs are cleaned and repaired in Morocco, as however may be required.  Vintage and handmade rugs may have some minor imperfections, repairs and colour fading. Its handcrafted vintage nature, means its imbued with small irregularities which is considered to add to the authenticity of the item.
